Existing substitution flow documented during the 2022 audit.
Freshop for Stores was the app personal shoppers used to pick online orders in the aisle. Engineering created it during the startup phase, and my initial contribution was UI support.
As part of the 2022 audit, I worked on recreating the existing Sketch screens in Figma. The work included learning the product and interviewing personal shoppers to understand where improvements were needed. The prototype records the existing flow at that point, giving the team a shared starting place for the redesign.
